So what happened to get these gym-goers hot under the barbell collar?
The remarkable true-life story tells how a high school teacher lost over 60+ pounds eating nothing but McDonalds.
"I ate 540 straight meals at McDonalds," 55 year-old John Cisna said.
But this isn't just a tale about weight-loss. Not only did the science prof drop fat in double-quick time, but he boosted his blood pressure, cholesterol, and other blood profile numbers, too.
Here are the improvements he made in the first three months:
- Cholesterol: started at 249 and lowered to 170,
- Triglycerides: from 156 to 80,
- LDL: from 170 to 113.
And the good news doesn't end there…
John also lost a total of 21 inches off his chest, waist and hips while dining out at the fast food chain.
Yep. That's right. Confounding his critics, the high school teacher in Colo, Iowa, didn't only torch his body fat, but he got healthy!
