Forget New Year's Resolutions 

Are you one of the 4% of people who actually stuck to their New Years Resolutions? (Statista, 2020). 

If you were, CONGRATULATIONS!

It wasn't easy was it?

No way!
We both know if you plan to make a big enough change, it usually takes a lot of grit and determination to make it stick (and most of this is mindset)

Which is probably why 54% of people surveyed didn't even bother to make any resolutions at all. 

It could have been because:
  1. They didn't want to risk failing 
  2. They just can't be bothered
  3. They already have enough on their plate without adding yet another thing to commit to
  4. They don't have anything major they want to change
  5. They've set resolutions before and found they fell through within the first week (this is the majority of people by the way) - so why bother?
In fact, the research states 42% of people who set goals, struggle to stick to them. 

And why is that?

We have noticed it is because:
  •  They jump in and get started without knowing how to sustain the change...
  • The goal isn't big enough and they reach their taregt too easily then go back to the old behaviour...
  • Most people don't understand the process of change... and 
  • They don't know the secret Brad shared this week in his Facebook Live (check it out by hitting the button below)


That's why if you are wanting to make a positive change in any of the 4 big areas of your life this year (your career, your relationships, your health and your finances), then you definitly want to stay tuned into eveyrhting Brad is doing right now.
