That's why Brad has been very busy putting together an online Wellbeing Mastery Program (that he shared with you via an invitation last week). This program is basically our half day Self-Care Mastery program, however, we have moved it to an online platform, added LOADS more tools and strategies, created downloadable and printable resources for you to use, and separated the workshop into 8 easy modules. 

Participating in this wellbeing program ensures you are not only keeping  busy and occupied during isolation, but you are also investing in yourself which is the biggest investment you can make.

Here is exactly how it work: Every Sunday and Tuesday (for 4 weeks), Brad will send you 1 module to watch. Then once a week, Brad will host a zoom conference with you and all the other participants to run through activities and to also give you the chance to ask any questions.
