Dear Oaktree Patients,
As some of you may know, I relocated back to Kemptville nearly 2 years ago to be closer to family. I have built a practice in the community I grew up in, a place that always felt like home. After much consideration, as I have shared with most of my patients in person, I am leaving the Orleans clinic. Over the past 8 years, Oaktree has become a home for me as well. From meeting many of you at community events, interacting at our walking group, patient appreciation days or just a regular Monday in clinic, these are not days or years I will be forgetting any time soon.
For me, being a Chiropractor is not just a career that I am passionate about, but it is who I am. I have felt privileged and valued the time I have had caring for my patients at Oaktree. Using my hands to heal is part of what I do, but being a listening ear and a caring heart has meant even more to me. Oaktree gave me the opportunity to touch so many wonderful lives, and truly help people become their best.
Dr. Emilie’s mentorship and focus in Pediatric and Family Care is a large part of the Doctor I have become today. I have cared for so many families from preconception (alongside our amazing acupuncturists), through pregnancy, and in postpartum care and healing. It has been a gift to watch our team of practitioners grow and develop our expertise to care for each and every one of you. These lessons and experiences will be a large part of the care I continue to deliver in my home town.
We are fortunate at the Orleans clinic to have Dr. Veronica to take over the care of my patients and their families as of May 15th. She will be shadowing my adjustments on May 4th, 7th & 11th to ensure she is up to speed with your individual health and needs. I sincerely want to thank you all again for allowing me to be a part of your health journey. It has truly been an honour to serve you over the last 8 years.
Warm Regards, Dr. Katrina & Winnie |
