Farewell to the Outgoing Conference Chair

The Northeast Greek Leadership Association extends its great appreciation to outgoing Conference Chair Aimee Wardle. Aimee has dedicated six years of volunteer service to NGLA, serving in various roles on the Conference Committee.

Aimee shares, “My involvement with NGLA has been one of the most rewarding and impactful experiences of my career and personal life. I had the privilege to attend the conference as an undergraduate student, and it was one of my favorite leadership development experiences. As soon as I was able, I began volunteering with NGLA to help give current students the same incredible experience that I had and connect with my peers in the Northeast region. I never expected my years of volunteering with this incredible organization and these dedicated volunteers to have such a profound impact on my life, but I couldn't imagine not having this team of people in my support network. NGLA is something really special that is hard to explain but entirely worth the dedication and involvement, and it has truly made me a better professional and a better person. Even though my term as Conference Chair is over, I will continue to hold a special place for NGLA in my heart and hope to not only return for future conferences but also continue to volunteer for the Association. I know the NGLA Annual Conference is moving forward with a great leadership team that will continue to meet the growing needs and expectations of NGLA's attendees and supporters. I cannot wait to see what NGLA's future holds!”

Tom says, “On behalf of the entire NGLA community, we extend our heartfelt congratulations on your outstanding leadership as the 2025 NGLA Conference Chair! Your dedication, vision, and passion for advancing fraternal leadership have truly made an impact, and we are so grateful for your commitment to creating an inspiring and meaningful experience for our attendees.

Thank you for your hard work and leadership—your efforts undoubtedly shaped an incredible conference!"

NGLA is grateful for Aimee’s service to advance the Association.
