Save the Date for The Conversation

June 15 – 16, 2026 | University of Connecticut

The Conversation is NGLA’s annual professional summit designed to bring together fraternity and sorority advisors, inter/national organization staff, and higher education professionals for meaningful dialogue, collaborative learning, and strategic exploration. This year, we will focus on addressing challenges that support our work, including budget restraints, capacity building, and changes in campus demographics that impact our community.

In 2026, The Conversation will be hosted at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT, from June 15 - 16. This two-day program will create intentional space for professionals to step away from day-to-day responsibilities and engage in forward-thinking discussions about the future of fraternity and sorority life.

Through facilitated sessions, peer learning circles, and interactive workshops, participants will examine emerging trends, share strategies that advance student success, and strengthen networks of support across campuses and organizations. With a focus on practical takeaways and collective problem-solving, The Conversation fosters collaboration that extends well beyond the program itself.

Set in the heart of UConn’s vibrant campus, the 2026 experience will blend thought-provoking dialogue with opportunities to connect informally, reflect deeply, and return home with renewed energy to guide our communities.

Look for additional details about registration and our room block reservation in future communications.
