A Note about the Conference Hotel
This year, every double room at the Hartford Marriott Downtown is in our NGLA reservation block. The Marriott has confirmed that at this time every one of the double rooms is reserved. There are still King rooms available at the Hartford Marriott Downtown that can be reserved as instructed on our website.

Additionally, we have an overflow block with the Hilton Hartford. Make sure to mention NGLA for a rate of $150 a room (pre-tax and fees). You can contact the Hilton Hartford at
315 Trumbull Street, Hartford, Connecticut, 06103 1-860-728-5151.
If you have reserved a double and you could use a King instead, or if you have reserved more double rooms than you will end up needing, please contact Kara Miller at ksm39@cornell.edu. Additionally, if you have any questions about the hotel(s), Kara is the contact.
