“Volunteering for NGLA has been an amazing experience. It has made me grow as a person and a professional. Being the only current undergraduate on my team, I thought it was going to be challenging. It helped me improve my skills, confidence, and determination. It was an amazing experience to be able to help out with the Special Programs for 2019 NGLA Annual Conference and I cannot wait to volunteer again next year!”
Paul Ferrante
“I have attended NGLA three times - first as a senior member of my fraternity, second as a graduate assistant, and most recently as a new professional. I volunteer because NGLA is an opportunity for each attendee to develop and make a change within their community.”
NGLA Mission
NGLA educates leaders from a variety of fraternal experiences to transform and empower their community and align actions with values.
