Subject: 2023 NGLA Annual Conference in Review

Message from the Executive Director

Another NGLA Annual Conference is in the books! This year, with over 100 hours of educational programming throughout our conference, I was so happy to connect with leaders across our network and learn the work they are doing within their respective communities. As NGLA strives to ensure that the values and actions of fraternity & sorority members across the Northeast are aligned, I was certainly grateful to see such active participation throughout the weekend.

By now, I hope you had some time to reflect on your experiences and are finding innovative ways to bring new ideas to your community and personal life. As leaders, we are conditioned to put the needs of those around us first. While serving others is a key aspect of leadership, let’s not forget about the duties we have to ourselves.

We hope that you made connections, learned new things, and invigorated your passion for fraternity and sorority. As always, exciting opportunities are ahead for NGLA; I hope you’ll join us. Until then, stay well.
Michael Davis
Executive Director
