The company won a Lean in Design award from the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) for work done on the Pleasant Prairie Medical Center located in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The $130 million project opened in the summer of 2020, and is owned by Advocate Aurora Health. Sturgeon Bay housing development moves forward on westside
DOOR COUNTY DAILY NEWS

A new apartment complex is on track to be built just off Highway 42/57 on Sturgeon Bay’s westside. On Monday, the Aesthetic Design and Site Plan Review Board approved the Lexington Homes 14-unit multiple Family development that would be located on Grant Avenue. City planning/zoning administrator Chris Sullivan-Robinson says the apartment dwelling would mirror the current 14-unit complex that is just north of the property at 416 South Grant Avenue.

The Sturgeon Bay Plan Commission did approve a conditional use permit for Harbor Ridge, LLC last week. Robinson says essentially, the developer will only need to pull permits for final zoning and get stormwater management approval to begin building the apartments...

NFL approves another Green Bay Packers stock sale pending regulatory approval
GREEN BAY PRESS GAZETTE

Green Bay Packers fans who missed out on buying stock during the sale in 2011, or the one before that in 1997, could get another chance.

NFL owners during their fall meeting on Wednesday approved what would be the sixth stock sale by the Packers. Other regulatory approvals remain, including review by regulatory agencies in the states where the stock will be sold.

The Packers said they would use the money for improvements at Lambeau Field. Projects at the stadium, including completed and planned concourse upgrades, and new video scoreboards, total about $250 million...
