Big steps for Door County Housing Partnership
DOOR COUNTY PULSE
The Door County Housing Partnership announced in July that its first home-build project is available for sale in Sturgeon Bay. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,200-square-foot home is for sale for $130,000 for income-qualified buyers who are, or plan to be, year-round residents of Door County.

Appleton high school students unveil colorful, 100-foot mural
WLUK
APPLETON -- A group of high school students are showing off their hard work after completing a 100-foot mural in Appleton.
It can be found on the side of Jersey Bagel & Deli. When asked what his favorite part of the project was, one of the co-leaders didn't hesitate.
"The kids. Hundred percent the kids," said artist Neo Medina. "Tonight's their night you know they're the stars. That's what this is for -- you know, highlighting folks that don't get that type of recognition. Just to see them shine, see them reap the benefits of all their hard work, this moment is what I've been waiting for."
Students received class credit and a $400 stipend for successfully completing the mural.
