Voyageurs Sourdough Bakehouse's partnership with Festival Foods expands availability of its bread

GREEN BAY - Just like the yeasty dough they work with, Voyageurs Sourdough Bakehouse has expanded.

Voyageurs has partnered with Festival Foods to make their products more accessible to customers in the Green Bay area.

On March 29, the bakery began selling five varieties of their sourdough bread in five Festival Foods locations in Brown County: Suamico, De Pere, Green Bay West, Green Bay East and Green Bay North....

STURGEON BAY - You might not think an international fashion model and actress would care about the fashion concerns of women in the everyday world. Maybe she'd give some thought to growing environmental concerns, but it'd be secondary to her life in front of the camera.

Sharon Hinnendael has those concerns, but instead of just paying lip service to them, she turned them into Sustainable Style Door County, a secondhand fashion shop in downtown Sturgeon Bay that carries affordable clothes and accessories that otherwise are likely headed for a landfill.

Hinnendael said the store is meant to carry fashions for a wide range of women in a wide range of styles, from casual to professional to a night on the town...

GREEN BAY -- According to experts, more than 7 million Americans ages 65 and older had dementia in 2020. If current demographic and health trends continue, that figure is expected to climb to 9 million by 2030.

GREEN BAY —The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay’s Cofrin School of Business has received a generous gift from Schwab Advisor Services, in partnership with the Charles Schwab Foundation, for the newly named Charles Schwab Foundation Center for Personal Financial Planning and the Charles Schwab Foundation Boardroom.

The Charles Schwab Foundation Center for Personal Financial Planning will be the visible, non-curricular home for UW-Green Bay’s new (2021) CFP Board Registered Personal Financial Planning Program and a focal point for building community among students, faculty, alumni, and community partners. The partnership dramatically enhances the space and programming available for personal finance learners and helps build a talent pipeline by increasing awareness of the entrepreneurial career opportunities that exist within the independent advisory industry...
