(WBAY) - Schreiber Foods, headquartered in downtown Green Bay, announced a major expansion into the food distribution business. Schreiber Logistics is putting other companies’ food and supplies on trucks with its own Schreiber Foods products headed to market. “That means we’re going to do everything we can to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries,” Jeremy Koskey, supply chain planning director of Schreiber Logistics, said.
The company says Schreiber Logistics will help businesses that don’t mind sharing a ride get food and supplies to retailers and restaurants, regardless of whether the business is a big-box distributor or a “mom-and-pop” operation, and the ride-sharing lowers transportation costs. (WFRV) – The City of Green Bay was chosen as a finalist for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Culture of Health Prize.
Nine finalists across the country were selected, Green Bay is one of them, for the national prize which honors communities working on advancing health, opportunity and equity for all.
Green Bay had a joint application with Wello.
“Being named a RWJF Culture of Health Prize finalist community is like advancing to the championship game in the health and well-being world,” says Natalie Bomstad, Executive Director of Wello.

Special Event Thornberry Creek at Oneida hosts first-ever Winterfest on Saturday WFRV ONEIDA, Wis. (WFRV) – Thornberry Creek at Oneida is hosting their first-ever Winterfest this coming weekend on Saturday, Feb. 27.
Organizers say the event will start at 12 p.m. and will go until 5 p.m.
According to a release, the family friendly event will be free for everyone to attend. Winterfest is expecting multiple activities, which include:
