Dear Colleague, We are excited to share news of an innovative new screening tool, the Media Use Risk and Behavior Screening (MURBS-SB). Created by Dr. Miranda Virone, OTD, MS, OTR/L-CT, in collaboration with Tickit Health, MURBS-SB is an interactive tool designed to evaluate the effects of phone and social media use on youth health and safety.
The screening tool provides students in grades 6-12 with immediate media use scores to help foster more informed and healthier digital practices in and outside of the school setting. With MURBS-SB, schools can proactively address media-related challenges affecting students' well-being and safety.
Additional details are provided in the promotional letter and flyer.
MURBS-SB is available for deployment in schools, community clinics, and other settings. You are encouraged to test drive the tool to learn more about its functionality.
Additionally, schools are encouraged to take advantage of a free 3-month trial! This special offer is limited to the first 10 schools that reach out after receiving this email.
