Timely Workshops Will Equip #EAD2019 Participants to Advocate
"Re-Building a Global Future of Hope: Putting Justice & Peace First," is just one of the important and timely topics that will be addressed during this year's #EAD2019 National Gathering. In this workshop, participants will learn more about frameworks for new and green visions of human solidarity that can strengthen the public voice of our churches while putting justice and peace first. 

Dozens of workshops on similarly relevant topics will also be offered during the conference as we explore our theme, "Troubling the Waters for the Healing of the Nation: #GoodTrouble." For more information about workshops and speakers during #EAD2019, click here.

Child Care Available at #EAD2019
Good news! This year, child care will be available during our #EAD2019 conference. Even better news - the child care offering will be aligned with the themes of EAD and offer peace-building skills to the children and youth who are registered to participate!

Little Friends for Peace (LFFR), will offer a Mini Peace Camp on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Ecumenical Advocacy Days is pleased to announce that this year's National Gathering will again feature a customized app to enhance the experience and engagement of our advocates. The free app is now available for download in the iTunes and Google Play stores. Visit AdvocacyDays.org/app for download links.

The #EAD2019 app provides valuable information for those preparing to come and participate in our National Gathering. It will also provide an array of resources on-site to keep participants up to date throughout the event:
  • The lastest schedule information, including room and other changes;
  • Unique opportunities to interact with your fellow advocates, speakers, workshop presenters and exhibitors both privately and via social media;
  • Resources from state breakouts, handouts from keynote speakers and workshops, and online evaluations;
  • Push notifications for important announcements;
  • Sample social media posts at the ready with a touch and a swipe; and
  • An interactive map of Capitol Hill and other Lobby Day information to help your Monday meetings with Members and Senators go well.
