Assalmualaikum,

Another Ramadan has passed us by. It feels like it was just yesterday that we were discussing moon sighting to start Ramadan and we now find ourselves yet again having renewed moon sighting discussions to discuss the end of Ramadan! 

I pray that you benefitted from a different global vs local discussion this Ramadan - one about Zakat. I hope that all the reminders sent by NZF throughout this month have given you a greater sense of appreciation for the need for local Zakat here in Australia and how your Zakat is transforming our community.

Irrespective of when you are celebrating Eid, on behalf of the NZF team, Eid Mubarak to you & your family. We thank you for your support by paying your Zakat locally.

I will leave you with the below video, which is the same one we started Ramadan with, so we continue to keep in mind the relevance of local Zakat and reviving the benefits of this forgotten pillar in our community.
