Live Panel Tonight: Taking control of Mental Health

Assalamu Alaykum

As part of Mens Health Week, a much-needed community livestream will take place to discuss the importance of Men's Mental Health. We need to help men take care of their mental health, break down barriers and get some tips out to all our brothers as to where they can get started.

We will be joined by br Tareq Ahmed, a passionate mental health advocate and co-founder of EducAid Au.

  • Tonight 22 June 8 PM (Sydney Time)

  • Live on our Facebook and YouTube channels

With EOFY close, now is the best time to give generously

It is a great time to give generously with EOFY around the corner - not only will you be rewarded by Allah but it will be entirely tax-deductible, insha Allah.

This is thus a great time to give your Zakat, to give extra Sadaqah to help us keep our work going, and to give fidyah also.

If you were unable to fast some days in the month of Ramadan this year (are elderly, sick or handicapped), you must pay fidyah by feeding a poor person for every day of fasting not observed.

We've made it easy for you to fulfil your fidyah through NZF. You can use our website to calculate it and fulfil your due easily, but please also feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions.

A great time to increase in generosity: Give today
