Hello Friend,

A few weeks ago, I referenced a inner shift I had experienced that I needed to integrate. This Tune-In Tuesday I’m ready to share my insight: just because we have an awareness of an area in our life that is out of alignment in our mind and we are doing our work to self-reflect, plus getting outside help — doesn’t mean we can force the shift to occur. Some shifts are bigger than this lifetime and have a karmic contract or timeline.
