Subject: GREAT technique for hitting the upper chest...[4 minute video]
Hey, got a quick 
                  4-minute video explaining one of my very favorite techniques 
                  
                  for targeting the upper chest.
 It's incredibly 
                  effective, allowing you to use WAY more weight and get WAY 
                  more out of the incline barbell bench press movement...and do 
                  it without the
                  shoulder pain that is often associated with the exercise.
It's good stuff...first 
                  time I tried it I was really impressed and have kept using
                  it regularly ever since.
