Subject:Ā You Can Solve This ....šŸ˜€

This week I would like to talk about a feeling that might be a problem for you if you suffer from low self esteem and what you can do to help yourself.

Do you sometimes hide things about yourself from others? Things you are not proud of, maybe something youā€™ve done?

Maybe you are judging yourself and do not like what you find?

The feeling I am talking about can affect us all at some point. Iā€™m talking about shame.

You only feel ashamed when you decide that something about yourself is unacceptible. Something you donā€™t want others to know about or see.

The problem is that feelings of shame make you hide parts of yourself. True self esteem means presenting yourself to the world in confidence. But it also means not judging yourself negatively and being happy with who you are.

So do you feel shame?

If you do, what can you do to overcome it and build your self esteem and your confidence again?

Iā€™ve got the answers for you here in this new article Iā€™ve just completed:

Shame and Self Compassion

Find out how self compassion can help you and how to be more compassionate to yourself.

ā€œA moment of self-compassion can change your entire day. A string of such moments can change the course of your life.ā€

ā€• Christopher K. Germer

The mistake ninety-nine percent of humanity made, as far as Fats could see, was being ashamed of what they were; lying about it, trying to be somebody else.ā€ J.K. Rowling
