Subject: What will happen???

What will happen?

This week I changed the way I think and it has changed my life!

I went for a check up at a hospital and everything is good except for one thing. My doctor said words that normally would have terrified me: "you need to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy done." I hate hospitals and have never had anything done before but with the help of my wife, something became obvious to me.

I have a great imagination and I always begin to think about what could go wrong, how bad this could be. I calmed myself and decided that I need to overcome my fears about what might happen and I began telling myself everything would be easy.

One thing that helped was that after all these years of living I reminded myself that so many times I worried about something that "might" happen and imagined the difficulties and pain ahead and guess what I realised?

In my experience every thing that happens is ALWAYS easier and less painful than I imagined it would be.

So what is the point of worrying? None.

After thinking like this everything WAS easy and painless and over quickly.

If you have problems like I had I advise you to remember this and change your thinking.
