Subject: Try this and change...😀

Hey!

I hope you are healthy and doing well this week. I have been working hard to bring you any help I can to support you over this difficult period. First, though an announcement..

I am asking you for a question you would like to ask me in a LIVE Q and A session I plan to do next week. So, when you click the link in this message leave a question in the comments section or email me your question.

Also, please tell me you choice for the Live Q and A, Twitter, Facebook or Instagram?

OK, this week’s message of inspiration:

Are your thoughts positive or negative at the moment? Would you like to be much more positive with your thinking? Then, read on I’ve got something I’ve tried before and it is extremely helpful.

Try writing a Gratitude Journal everyday. What is it?

Simple! You write about the things that you are thankful for and explain a little. No matter how bad things seem, there are always things you can be thankful for. Doing this one activity helped me to escape over two years of serious depression! I was so bad, I even wanted to give up completely.

Quickly think about something you are glad about in your life, even something small. Now, start writing about it in a small notebook. Don’t spend more than 5-10 minutes on this at one time. Start small. This activity will reverse any negative thoughts, but take it slowly, you need to do this over some weeks.

Good idea? Everybody can do this, even happy people, even depressed people. It helps you!

To help you do this, I’ve included a downloadable Gratitude template on the following page, which also discusses this a bit more. I also have included some of my most recent videos.

Comment your question, get the gratitude template, and see what’s new at more-selfesteem.com.

I wish you and your family a healthy and happy weekend.

Speak again very soon!
