I promised that this week I would talk about my favourite inspiring person. But first, why am I thinking about this?

Well, we’re all interested in improving ourselves right? Your self esteem means a lot to you, doesn’t it?

One thing I advise you to do is to have a model, a person you really admire. This could be a person from the past. Or someone alive today. It could be someone close to you, or a famous person.

I’d like to ask you to think of this person and why you admire them. What is it about them you admire and why? Think about this deeply because your answers will be helpful to you.

Chances are the person you have chosen reflects your inner values and your aims in life. That person is an example for you to follow. An inspiration to reach the goals that are important for you.

Want to know who is the person I have chosen?

The choice is difficult because there are amazing people throughout history and according to your beliefs you may immediately think of that special person and feel you must say him or her.

My choice is …..

Leonardo Da Vinci.

He created new things, he broke boundaries of science and medicine, he used his brain and his faith, he was multi-talented and self-taught. He was an artist, an engineer, a biologist and a genius. But he was also a human being, one with faults like all of us. He learnt from experience and did research. He made learning and taking action his priorities in life.

I’d love to hear who your inspiring person is and why.

Please send me an email.

Look out for my coming videos this week on my Youtube Channel.

I’m going to talk more about choosing an inspiring person and I’m going to do a longer video about building self esteem and how to tie all these strategies we have discussed together. This one is going to be monumental!

Speak to you next time, feel free to ask me a question or make a suggestion in an email right back to me. I’ll answer as soon as I can.

Have a great week!
