Hi Friend,

A few days ago I visited Patmos - a Greek island famous because it is where St. John saw his Revelation and had it written. The weather was very hot but I really felt I had to visit the cave where this amazing event happened and he saw his vision. Now it doesn't matter whether you are religious or not, some places are special.

I walked a long way and had great difficulty finding the cave but when I got there it was a simple place. I sat down and took in the peacefulness and quiet and just let my thoughts go.

Sometimes it is necessary to visit such special places even though they are difficult to get to. I felt energized and at peace inside. In this crazy world which is always getting crazier you should seek out moments that recharge you and inspire you. It is worth making the effort to get away from the madness that is all around us and enjoy a moment of peace.
