What is one great way to improve your self esteem? It involves improving yourself both physically and mentally and has a number of other major benefits to your health. Any ideas?

Fitness.

A fit and healthy body can make it more likely that your mind will be fit and healthy too. So today please think about your level of fitness and your lifestyle. How healthy is it? Do you take regular exercise?

Did you know regular exercise is not just good for your heart, but also for your mind? It generates endorphins which can protect you from depression. It makes you happier naturally.

So how can a workout improve your self esteem? It’s not just on the physical appearance of your body that you will see improvements.
