Subject: Are You a Victim Of ....?😩

Warning!

I have seen Self Loathing make my subscribers trip up again and again, so I thought I'd write a quick email to ensure that none of you end up being an unwitting victim of self loathing. Here are 3 signs that you could be a victim of the self-loathing inside you.

First,

You're not eating well.

If you find yourself... eating less healthy food and taking short cuts with your diet. Too much processed or fried food or not enough vegetables and fruit. Perhaps eating too much comfort food and snacks or even worse, not hardly eating at all...these are possible signs you are neglecting yourself.

Second,

Are you drinking a little too much? Or consuming other addictive substances? If you start to need another drink, or cigarette or whatever, you’re starting to let slip your self-care. A little is not a problem but when you become dependent on it, then you lose self control and may feel guilty.

Third,

You hear negative self talk in your brain. This self-defeating critic inside can discourage you and bring you down. It can cause you to worry or lose confidence. Again, sometimes we all hear a negative self-doubting voice inside, that’s normal. But it can get out of hand causing you to doubt yourself and your decisions and even cause you to give up on your goals.

If you are a victim of self loathing, don’t worry. It is still not too late! You can still turn things around now.

All you have to do is to say NO to this and make a decision, RIGHT NOW, to put an end to it.

The way to overcome self loathing and all the problems it can cause is to build your self esteem and self confidence and you have the keys how to do that on my website. I’ll also be giving you more help in the coming weeks through this newsletter. PLUS, you can always email me any questions you have. I am here to help and I will always answer you.

.

Of course, it is easier said than done, but it CAN be done. I did it, so can you!

I want to see you succeed, so I hope that this email has been useful in helping you identify if

you are a victim of self loathing.

...

If you are not a victim, congratulations and good for you!

Over to you now...

Reply to this email and let me know what are your thoughts about

This problem and what you can do to start liking and loving yourself more.

I would be happy to listen and help!

I want to hear from you,
