Hi Friend,

Who are you becoming?

The whole subject of self esteem is about one big question. It is so important that you really need to focus on this question and answer it, not for me, for you.

Spend at least ten minutes in a quiet place thinking about this today when you get time, but please do it.

Here's that all-important question:

Who are you becoming?

Think about this for a moment. Who you believe you are is one of the most important things that shapes your self esteem. But did you notice that the power of this question is that it asks not about who you are now but who you are slowly changing into.

You have the choice how to think, how to behave and what to say and you also have the choice of staying the same or improving yourself to become something better. Not a different person but a better version of you.

Wondering what I mean when I say a better version of yourself? I mean closer to the real you, the natural you. The person who you can be. The person you want to be. The person who is the very best of you.

Perhaps you might think that if you had high self esteem you would be happy to be who you are and not need to change? Well, none of us are perfect and self improvement can be the goal of everyone, even those who have high self esteem and are happy with who they are now. You can always improve. The point is that if you stop trying to be the best you can be your self esteem will fall and you'll feel lacking in motivation.

Have you thought about the question above? Here it is again:

Who are you becoming?

Now, you choose who you are becoming but before this you need another important ingredient necessary for higher self esteem. A vision of that better you. If you can see and feel how you want to change, you can choose to take action, to behave in way that will take you closer to who you want to be.

Before you decide who you are becoming, you need to be ready to ask yourself other questions like:

Do I like who I am becoming? And, What should I do to become the person I want to be?

There were some deep questions I gave you in my message today, please take the time to answer them and you won't regret it. Now I have one final tip for you that will help you with your self esteem. It is this:

However you feel right now about who you are, no matter if you are happy or not with that, accept this as it is. Understand what has happened and do not blame yourself. YOu can change and change can brng you closer to who you really are. But never accept standing still especially if negativity holds you there.

Hope you have a great week ahead,

Speak again soon,
