Subject: 7 Ways To Use Your Time Better

Hello again,

I promised yesterday that I would send my weekly inspirational message and it’s coming in a moment..

First, can I just remind you that yesterday I sent you a link to a video where I explain in detail the results of the recent survey I asked you to complete. Many did complete it, and the results are on the video here

Already 50 or so people have viewed it but not made a comment as I asked ;((
I’m so sad! The reason I ask is because it is a good place for us to have a conversation and answer your questions.

Also, lots of comments will help my video get found when people search on YouTube.

If you haven’t watched it yet, please click the link, COMMENT and SUBSCRIBE to my channel. I’m now up to 60 subscribers! Can we make it 100?

Now my weekly message of inspiration:

Many people talk about boredom while stuck at home. I don’t understand this as there is so much to do. OK, I am lucky, I have a garden. Maybe you do too, if so, you are very fortunate. Nature is so good for our mental health. The beauty in this new spring season is a gift sent to all of us. I hope you appreciate how valuable a gift it is and if you can, get out in the garden.

Even if you’re inside with no garden you can pay attention to the flowers inside and spend some time nurturing these natural gems. If you have pets, that is also priceless. We have two gorgeous cats who bring joy wherever they go. By loving them you can find inspiration and comfort.

There are opportunities to watch amazing documentaries and discover new things and mysteries about life and the world. The internet enables us to explore and research interesting ideas or topics. There are courses, now free, to take advantage of. Start a new hobby.

Read, there is so much to occupy your mind. The body needs attention too and don’t neglect this. Even if you are stuck in a small space there are videos with exercises you can do or you can stretch or meditate!

If you have kids, that can be tough! Maintaining a schedule and encouraging them to use their time wisely is important, but difficult for sure!
Perhaps this page I wrote about self discipline could help

A few words of wisdom relevant at the moment:

*Don’t be busy, be productive.
*A minute’s success pays the failure of years.
*The man who wastes one hour of time, has not learned the value of life.

Don't forget the video (Please :)
Speak again very soon!
