This is Dan. Thank you all for your continued great emails. We always appreciate your messages and enjoy helping so many of you.
However, many of you are struggling and straining to figure things out - how to set up logistics, your operation, policies and procedures. How to train drivers, get contracts, do more with less, and so much more.
I can't stress this enough, whether you are new or experienced, your first step is to study Joel's new video series. I know it is long. It is actually going to get longer because Joel will be adding another video to the series. Those who have already invested and gained access will have access to the new video once published.
Some people have outright said they "don't have 12 hours available to watch the series," but how much time and effort are you wasting in making foolish mistakes and errors?
In fact, Joel and Lindsey continue helping a number of client providers with serious legal issues. Once things go legal, the escalation warrants more time and money. Some of those situation could have been prevented and avoided had Joel's strategies been implemented from the outset.
As a side note, the minute you get served or think you are about to get served demand letters or legal notices of any kind, I strongly suggest you start by contacting Joel ASAP. The last thing you want to do is ignore the issue thinking they will go away. It never goes away. Your lack of action only empowers and substantiates their claim. If someone is charging you of something, whether you like it or not, you are in a fight, so you need to fight aggressively.
I am not trying to be a slick salesman like those on facebook - we don't need to be. If anything, Dawn, Charlie and I are simply frustrated because we do all the email intake and we see so many of you making mistakes, sometimes struggling, sometimes embroiled in a legal predicament, and the solution is already available or avoidable if you just take advantage.
