In an effort to avoid making this some type of sales letter, I'm going to get straight to the point.

As of May 1st, the rates are going to increase considerably because, honestly, my team and I are swamped. There's just no other way to put it.
Further, in knowing what's coming, we need to further focus on those who are serious about taking advantage of the coming opportunities once we come through the current pandemic.
