Subject: Who says there's no opportunity?

Hello to all my Million Dollar Peeps!  As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well, and business is booming!

I'll try and be quick because I'm in a hotel room, working to get caught up, and I still have a ton of emails to read and send.  I read a quick email from "Jerry" who asks about my broker business and if I'm still doing it since I haven't published recent video.

The irony is that LITERALLY while reading his message we received 3 new work orders through our online portal.  They weren't there when I opened Jerry's email, but they were all there when I clicked out.

FYI, all our work order confirmations get emailed to us.  Sometimes I spot check them more or less out of curiosity, but most times I don't (too many requiring too much time - a great problem to have!).

Work order 161079, 161080, and 161081 all came in after hours within a minute of each other - 6:21 PM, 6:22 PM, and 6:23 PM.  Scroll down and see for yourself.

The first work order is for $160 for delivery of a sofa.  The second is for $145 for delivery of a 2-piece sectional sofa.  The third is for $125.11 for delivery of two patio chairs.  I know, I know, there's NOTHING sexy about delivering furniture.  I get it, but the great news is the work orders are paid in advance, there's no high price insurance premiums, no "prior approvals" from a Medicaid broker, no risk of a broker stealing or withholding money despite being prior approved, no DOT inspections.....need I go on?

Trust me, I get it $430+ isn't a lot of money, especially when you consider I'm only getting around 25% ($108) depending on which contractor gets assigned those work orders.

But, when you consider we're doing a couple hundred work orders each, customers can create and pay for work orders while I'm asleep, I'm not paying for ANY vehicles, fuel, repairs, etc. etc., etc., and I think it's easy to see the value.

Jerry, to answer your question, YES, I'm very much still operating my broker business, AND I'm sorry I haven't created any recent videos.  I promise this will change in the near future after I get caught up on some stuff.

Since separating my broker business and making my Regional Directors actual business partners, many aspects of my business have change, and I plan to address many of these changes in my upcoming videos and content.

In the past, I've posted bank statements and 1099 contractor statements showing how much my contractors are making, etc., and again, I get it, there's NOTHING sexy about having contractors delivering furniture, performing express moves, haul offs, etc., but you just can't argue with money!

Stay tuned for new videos and content as we start to update the YouAreTheBroker.com website and overall business material.

See you at the Top!
