It appears there was a problem for many of you trying to login and gain access to UPRR's RFP.
The reason I'm sending this message out so late is because I just received word from UPRR they are using a new system and I have to be available for a conference call tomorrow afternoon.
The new system is called Coupa. I know nothing about Coupa, but UPRR provided us with a 9 page user manual with illustrations. Email us and we'll send you that file.
But here's the absolute best part. I don't know if it's an accident or not, but when UPRR sent me notification of the conference call, they failed to blind CC the other recipients. Notice anything funny about the following recipient list?:
