Subject: UMTPG Update - Important Info

Hello to everyone within the Million Dollar Transportation Community!
As always, I hope that this message finds you all doing well and that
business is booming!

I apologize for not being able to update my Bulletin Board on
www.mdtvip.com.  Over the past day, since announcing the
organization of the United Medical Transportation Providers Group, I
have simply been deluged with emails, phone calls, and much more.

Thus, I have not yet been able to begin putting together the UMTPG
Q&A as promised.  But rest assured.  I will find a way to get it done
so as to keep you all posted on news and updates regarding the
development of UMTPG.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you haven't yet watched the UMTPG video, then I encourage you to
do so NOW!  I anticipated some response, but nothing like what I
have received!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I thank you all for your response and eagerness to join and
participate!  Many of you have contacted me wishing to become a
member.  However, it is important that I am very clear of my
intentions and of the purpose of me founding the UMTPG.

At its most fundamental level, the United Medical Transportation
Providers Group is going to be a REAL organization dedicated to the
promotion and enhancement of associated NEMT providers.

Now, I know that many of you have at some time in your life, been
affiliated with different groups, associations, and more, either within
or outside of the NEMT industry.

However, let me be very clear.  If you think that the UMTPG is going
to be the typical feel-good "cool club," you're sadly mistaken!

I'll give you an example.  During one of my many recent telephone
conversations regarding the UMTPG, I spoke with Tom and Diane
O'Toole, owners of Medi-Cab in northeast Georgia.  They explained
how at one point in time, NEMT owners in their region gathered to
discuss strategies for reform and improvement.

However, for a variety of reasons, such meetings fizzled and
amounted to nothing more than the typical "feel-good" gatherings
where everyone pats each other on the back while extending
hollow compliments of congratulations.

Now again, let me be clear.  And for those of you who know me,
you know that I clown around all the time - except when it comes
to handling business!  Thus, if you think I'm going to waste my
time, money, and effort with some half-ass endeavor, you're
absolutely crazy!

Since shooting that video a short few months ago, I have already,
to date, invested over $5,000 into the research and development
of the UMTPG.  Much of this has gone into legal and accounting
fees for the research and development of long-term structural and
organizational goals of this organization.

Why - because the UMTPG is going to be a REAL organization
that is going to grow, prosper, and push for the promotion,
reform, and advocacy of associated members exclusively!

===============================================
The UMTPG is NOT going to be a cool blog, forum, or venue for
people to simply share stories, talk about problems or more.  It's
NOT going to be a venue for feel-good, hollow congratulatory
pats on the back.

The UMTPG is NOT going to be an all-encompassing, all-
inclusive feel-good gathering of anyone and everyone.  It is NOT
going to be a volume-based association.
===============================================

When I was growing up, we were definitely poor.  So I don't care
how much money I now have, $5,000 will always be a lot of
money to me!  So if you think that I'm going to waste my time
with such half-hearted rhetoric and endeavors, you're crazy!

===============================================
Imagine a national NEMT organization that creates universal
industry standards of business strategies, practices, and
implementation.

Imagine an organization that is recognized by hospitals, nursing
facilities, treatment centers, and more as the standards of
certified training and service.

Imagine a credible national organization that literally contacts
and solicits facilities, agencies, and more on your behalf to
further introduce and market your services and opportunity.

Imagine a real third-party advocacy organization that works to
fight for the protection, preservation, and expansion of NEMT
business opportunities specific to your community.

Imagine these opportunities and so much more.  They are not
just possibilities.  Rather, they will become reality via the
UMTPG.
==============================================

Many, many of you have contacted me expressing your interest
to join the UMTPG.  However, I suspect that some will fail to
follow suit with intentions as membership will require annual
dues.

How much are annual dues?  I honestly do not know as of this
message.  On Thursday morning I will be meeting with my
accountant to further discuss a host of UMTPG related issues
to include various cost analysis issues.

Why the need for annual dues?  Because a REAL organization
costs money to include legal and accounting fees, office
supplies, postage, telephone and correspondence cost,
staffing and labor related expenses, and more.

Again, let me be clear.  This is NOT going to be just some
cool interactive website, blog, forum, or "community!"  Rather,
the UMTPG is going to be a REAL organization with a vision,
mission, and purpose supported by continued action!

In meeting with my accountant, we will establish initial annual
dues for which all prospective members will be notified.  The
more that join, the faster we grow.

As we've all heard, talk is cheap.  And I suspect that at which
time, announcing annual dues, there will be a "thinning of the
herd!"  I've been in business long enough and around the block
enough times to know that when things are free and convenient
everyone is "in."  But when it comes time to support their
feelings with money and action, the willing quickly become
limited.

So by all means, I thank you all for your outpouring and
eagerness to join.  I hope that all of you whom have contacted
me and requested further information are serious and follow suit
with consistent and committed action and become founding
members of the UMTPG.
