Subject: This is why you do what you do - WINNING!

Hello to all my Million Dollar Peeps!  First and foremost, love and prayers to everyone in the Los Angeles area dealing with and enduring the fires.  We have some people out there, and it's just NOT good!  Only compounding the problem is the incompetent leadership!  The completely A$$ backward leadership is breathtakingly incredible!  Nothing short of astonishing!

In turning to happier subjects, when people ask why my team and I do what we do, the answer can be summed up in the following short, but powerful messages.

The first is from a hard working STUD of a Diva who retired last year, launched her NEMT with a single vehicle, and secured her 3rd service agreement with ..... wait for it ..... one vehicle.  She's in the process of acquiring Van 2 which will be stretcher accessible, so it will lead to even greater ROI.

The second is from a husband and wife team who are on the other end of the spectrum.  They started with a single vehicle in 2012 and are in the process of selling their business with a fleet of 16 vehicles for a nice seven figure ching, ching.

We've gone back and forth a bit with the buyer, had to play the "chess match" a bit, but they've accepted our counter to their Letter of Intent, and now it's onto the due diligence stage which should be quick and painless because the seller has everything in good order.

Although both message are short in content, they're overflowing with joy!

Whether you're just starting out with a single vehicle, you're selling for a multiple, or anything in between, WINNING is WINNING!

Again, prayers to all of you in the Los Angeles area who are in harms way.  I've never been a fan of LA, but hey, personal opinions are meaningless when it comes to people and families who are suffering.

A short few months ago our people in North Carolina took a serious gut punch with the flooding.  Our logistics business was based in Asheville, the epicenter of the flood, so we literally lost a 3rd of our business overnight.  Some of our contractors have returned as they "put pieces of their lives back together again," but out of necessity, others have relocated and moved onto different endeavors.

Life is a crazy ride, folks.  Trust in God, love your family, and make money so you have options and can enjoy the them to the best of your ability.

See you at the Top!
