Subject: The Power of Successful Customer Building

Hello to all our Active Licensees!  I hope this message finds you all doing well and business is booming!
I am so pleased to share that we have new Licensees joining from a variety of states, further growing our collective presence and ability to penetrate national retailers in the very near future.
I would like to share a quick story that happened this past week.
One of our repeat customers who has used us an handful of times previously recently purchased some items from a local independent furniture store.  They offered her "free" delivery (which means the cost of delivery was already built into the price).  However, she declined their offer and insisted she "had her own delivery service who could come to fetch her items."

From what I understand, the store was rather surprised because all other customers take advantage of their "free" delivery option.  But our client insisted and, as our dispatcher explained, our customer said "they're very good and I would rather use someone I am comfortable with."
In addition to our awesome customer placing another work order with us, the second benefit is the store representative literally asked HER for our contact information!
Needless to say, I have never met this customer - I am literally several states away!  Her loyalty and all of the credit can be directly attributed to our contractors, dispatchers, and Regional Directors - who are now going to make personal visits to this independent retailer to offer our services.
The relationship with this prospective store could be another scenario where they have their own delivery staff, but, in time, they may see it more beneficial to outsource to third party providers like us.  As always, the possibilities are endless.
Definitely focus on your deliveries and retail partners.  As I demonstrated at our seminar, deliveries have proven to be the "life blood" or "artery" of my business.  But keep a keen eye on express moves (EM) and labor-only (LO) work.  Our EM and LO work has continued to increase throughout the summer months.  Again, the possibilities are endless and, just as I always use the flood gates analogy, "pressure will continue to build" one customer at a time.  And then, all of sudden, the flood gates will break!
I encourage you to continue investing the necessary time into building your broker business.  I know you're all busy growing your existing business while working to launch your broker business and, thus, time can be on short supply.  But I can assure you, continue working diligently, sowing your seeds on a daily basis to build your broker business.  As you know, I've owned a large NEMT business and now a large broker business.  There is no comparison to the level of convenience and financial benefits associated with your broker business.
More coming very soon.
See you at the Top!
