| | Over the weekend I received a lot of questions in response to my previous message from prospective Licensees. In an effort to help everyone, please see the following important notes: |
| - You do not have to own an NEMT business to start a broker business. Joel offered this opportunity to everyone in the Million Dollar Community, but at the start of the "Exclusive Launch" his legal team began offering YouAreTheBroker.com opportunity to many of the franchisees they represent. So we now have an increasing number of licensees who are not NEMT providers.
- Many people have asked about the particulars of this broker business and how it works. To say that is a loaded questions is an understatement. I would definitely encourage you to subscribe to Joel's YouAreTheBroker YouTube channel and watch some of the many videos. I believe Joel currently has upwards of 70 videos or close to it. You will learn a lot from these videos.
- As mentioned, September is the ideal month to complete your application process because starting October 1st the Enrollment Investment literally increases by 25 percent. Starting next month, Joel and his legal and marketing team will be advertising YouAreTheBroker.com to the general public.
- To be clear, the Enrollment Investment will increase starting October 1st regardless of when you start the application process. If you want to thousands of dollars then you need to complete the application process this month. This is why September is so critical and you need to act now. Now favors or special privileges will be extended.
- Your Enrollment Investment is not negotiable! (Yes, we actually had some people who thought negotiating their enrollment was an option) Your Enrollment Investment includes your first year subscription to FetchMozzo, one full year of one on one coaching with one of Joel's Regional Directors, all legal and processing fees, and all associated materials.
- I mentioned the opportunity to speak with an Active Licensee or one of Joel's Regional Directors to learn more, but it is critical that we do not waste anyone's time. Therefore, only if you have started the application process and are serious about moving forward will we coordinate conference calls with other Active Licensees or Regional Directors.
