Subject: Strap It Up - BIG Weekend!

Hello to all our Active Licensees!  I hope this message finds you all doing well and business is booming!
As I mentioned in our July seminar and in previous correspondence, Big Lots keeps getting better and better.  We've been doing business with them since late 2011 - early 2012 and I can assure you, over these many years, our volume of business continues to increase as they improve their inventory and marketing strategies.

Granted we have grown and entered new stores in new areas over these many years, but overall, our work order volume has increased as Big Lot's business and marketing efforts have improved - offering store credit, increased and diversified inventory, and enhanced marketing campaigns.

This weekend, we already know we are going to be slammed.  Almost all of our contractors work this weekend because our sales history dictates that whenever Big Lots has their "Friends and Family" promotion our work order transactions will peak.  Everyone makes money!
We've all been very busy, but this past week I was able to connect with some of you.  Some of you are already providing service to Big Lots which is awesome, but others are still in the process.  I encourage you to get up and get going in Big Lots.  It's simply too much of a turn-key source of quick, easy, and profitable work orders.

In speaking with Spencer in Utah, he is doing great out of Ashley's furniture, but he is not yet providing service to Big Lots.  He's working to meet with their Regional Director.

As Spencer and I were discussing our rates and statistics, his delivery work orders are averaging approximately $125 while mine hoovers around $100.

I explained once he gets into Big Lots his overall delivery average will probably dip lower, but his volume and profits will increase.  The reason is because most Big Lots orders are very quick and close in proximity - maybe 3-5 miles from the store.  So you don't get a lot of the mileage and added pieces charges as you would with work orders coming out of Ashley's or traditional furniture stores.

So yes, your per unit work order price point might not be as high at Big Lots as compared to Ashley's, Rooms-to-Go, etc., but you will find that Big Lots tend to be quick, easy deliveries with solid volume.
Keep checking your email.  I will have more updates coming next week as we have a LOT of things in progress.

See you at the Top!
