Subject: Stick to the Plan - IT WORKS!

Hello to all our Million Dollar peeps!  As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well, and business is booming!

I saw the email that Dan shared with you recently, the newbie planning to start his NEMT business by catering to Modivcare hoping to make some money, and then enlist my help to scale.

Dan also shared a bunch of your emails in response.  You guys are absolutely hysterical!

Needless to say, I can't agree with all of you more along with Dan's response.  I have NO idea how you can possibly study my material and watch my videos and conclude that starting with a broker is the ideal play.

To keep things as simple as possible, for all of you, new or experienced, the goals are as follows:

1. Make your business as profitable as possible.

This means gain the highest rates of reimbursement possible for EVERY account while controlling cash flow and expenditures to increase margins and overall ROI.

2. Invest in scaling the business while NOT decreasing our "per unit" margins.

We want to add drivers, vehicles, and caregivers to increase overall capacity and revenue, but if our margins decrease, it's an indication we have an expenditure and possible operations problem.

3. Move your money to safer ground.

I trust you've heard me mention it before, you need to "get your money out of your front-line businesses and get it to safer ground" where you limit your exposure to taxation and liabilities and your money can do what it does best - compound and accumulate wealth.

4. Sell your business at a future multiple.

In short, make as much money as you can, "feed the machine" to scale while squeezing out cash, and sell to cash out.  It's a recipe for building wealth - bottom line.

Also, we have a number of great acquisitions in progress, along with a number of buyers with cash in hand looking for quality businesses.  If you're serious about selling, send us an email.  We'll send you some quick questions to learn more.  It's as least worth a quick conversation to determine if your business is a fit.

If you're NOT ready to sell, the question begs, WHY???  Why are you not able to sell?  Where are you deficient and what do you need to improve?

Get-R-Done, folks!  No one is going to do it for you.

See you at the Top!
