This is Dan. Two quick things:
1. We have a client-provider who was scheduled to start work with us, "Team DDC" as Joel likes to call us, next month, but needs to push that date back a bit due to some unforeseen complications. Therefore, despite it being late in the month, if you are a newbie, are serious about starting your NEMT business, and can start one-on-one with Dawn, Charlie, and me, then we will take on a single reservation. This is a first come first serve opportunity, so please email us to confirm.
For those of you who are new to our network and don't require the same level of strategic planning that would be involved in working directly with Joel, you can consider working with Dawn, Charlie, and me - what Joel refers to as his "Team DDC" (Dan/Dawn/Charlie).
Similar to Joel working with many of you for 60 days, we started working directly with providers late last year with the goal of helping newbies avoid many costly startup mistakes and pitfalls while also helping to reduce some of Joel's workload.
Like working with Joel for 60 days, the 3 of us will be working with you for 60 days to navigate the startup process, complete applications, ensure you have the right vehicles and equipment, review insurance policies, organize your dispatch and logistics, and further educate you on what to expect, prepare for, and more.
The three of us are definitely not a replacement to one-on-one coaching with Joel, hence the cheaper price point. There are many things we can't do such as contract negotiations, risk management, advice on buying or selling, or prepare technical documents.

2. We have a handful of key buyers looking to invest in Florida. Rather than naming specific cities, if you operate your business in Florida, have a strong cash flowing business that is not all broker/garbage work, and you are serious about selling, please let us know and we will send you an abbreviated questionnaire to get some preliminary information. Please know that your information will NOT be shared with anyone other than us and Joel if your information meets or exceeds our minimum criteria. If yes, we will forward you a more in-depth questionnaire to gather more information and discuss next-step possibilities.
