In response to some of your inquiries, we are thinking we can bring on 2, maybe 3, new client-providers on for the month of February to work with us, "Team DDC," if you can wait until March to start.

Also, as Joel mentioned in his previous video, things are starting to get exciting again. People's optimism is on the rise. We are seeing increasing movement with buyers and sellers.
