| Custom market analysis projects can be challenging because it is amazing how frequently we contact a facility and particular staff members can't even tell you the name of the Administrator! It requires many callbacks at different times of the day in hopes of gathering some semblance of targeted information to put together a credible target profile, so thank you again one and all for your understanding. It makes a big difference in alleviating some of the pressure while we have been short staffed.
Also, don't forget to send us your insurance policies if you are located on the east coast or midwest, you have been in business for a few years with at least a handful of vehicles, and you have good Loss/Runs.
