Subject: Quick Question for those of you interested...

Hello everyone,

This is Dawn.  I hope you are all having a great weekend.

With the craziness of the economy, gas prices, labor issues, and everything else, we continue to receive a great deal of questions and interest about YouAreTheBroker.com.  As Joel always says and most of you recognize, you need to have some type of a 1099 contractor stream of revenue.

Please know that we do recognize that money is tight for many people right now, so the price of becoming an active licensee can be steep, or even starting with just the training material can be a challenge.  For this reason, Joel asked that I send out this message as an inquiry to see how many of you are, as a minimum, serious about moving forward with at least starting with the training material only option.

From what I understand, depending on those of you who respond and are ready to move forward, Joel and his partners will be discussing the possibilities of reducing the rate for the training material only option so many of you can get in, start to learn the business, conduct local market research, ask questions, possibly consider potential contractors, etc., and when you are ready to move forward in becoming an active licensee you can then pay the difference.

I am not sure of their timing for making a final decision or what type of an offer they plan on making if they do move forward with such an opportunity, but if you have been considering starting your own broker business (that has nothing to do with NEMT or Medicaid brokers) please send us an email at jdavis@milliondollartransportation.com and let us know.  Please put something like "Interested in YouAreTheBroker.com" in the subject line so we can quickly identify and separate your email.  I trust you all know we receive a ton of emails, so please help us out by denoting "Interested in YouAreTheBroker.com" in the subject line.

To be clear, for those of you who are new to our newsletters and may not know, YouAreTheBroker.com has nothing to do with the non-emergency medical transportation industry or Medicaid brokers, so please don't email us asking if we can help you start a Medicaid broker business to compete with Modivcare, MTM, or other.  Those are two different missions and completely different business models.

Please shoot us a quick email to confirm your interest in the discounted training material only option so we can get a targeted number to share with Joel and his partners.  Likewise, let us know if you have any questions.  We look forward hearing from you.  Have a great weekend!

Thank you,
Dawn Velasquez
