In the event we have not yet had the pleasure of corresponding previously, this is Dan, Joel's Online Manager. Along with Dawn and Charlie, I work to help answer and process much of our email intake in addition to working on custom market analysis projects and more.

The downside is we are running a little bit longer right now due to the increasing number of projects - probably 16-18ish weeks for development because they do take a lot of time and often times require multiple callbacks to piece together targeted information. We try to determine what the facility is currently doing for transportation, their size, number of current residents, the type of residents in terms of payment, who the decision makers are, and anything else we can gather.
As I am sure you can imagine, sometimes it is like pulling teeth because they treat us as a typical telemarketer, and other times, staff members simply don't know. Especially with turnover and labor issues, it can be difficult. This is why it is very common for us to have to call multiple times in hopes of speaking with different staff members to gather targeted info.
The reason for this message is because you recently joined our newsletter, and if you are seriously planning for a launch in the new year, which is quickly approaching, I would encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible so we can add your project to our queue.
Please understand, we are not trying to be "hard salesmen" or anything like that.
