3. I thought I lost it a long, long time ago on one of my laptops that caught a virus, but one of my Regional Directors (RDs) dusted off and sent me a copy of an ebook that was literally prepared in early 2011, "How to Build a Local Moving Company with 69.1% Profit Margin."
This resource was LITERALLY the forerunner for my broker business and YouAreTheBroker.com. This ebook is literally a transcription of an interview I did with Dexter, a NEMT providers I worked with in 2008 - 2009-ish to get his NEMT business popping. We discuss what turned out to be a local moving company catering to seniors who are downsizing and relocating to retirement communities and how this opportunity came out of now where - completely "fell on his lap."
Long story short, when I met with Dexter and saw his numbers, it completely gave me the idea and inspiration for starting my broker business which we launched later that year in late 2011.
