Subject: Answers to Questions, Getting Help, etc.

Hello everyone,

This is Dan.  I hope everyone is doing great.  

In an effort to answer a lot of great questions we continue receiving almost daily, I want to share the following answers and insight in no particular order.  Please go through all below and let us know if you have any further questions:

1. When Joel refers to "Team DDC" he is referring to Dawn, Charlie and me (Dan-Dawn-Charlie)

2. We, "Team DDC" welcome the opportunity to work with you for 60 days, just as you would Joel.  The difference is we are more suited to work with you if you are new to the industry or very small.  If you require more robust strategic planning, contract or agreement preparations, risk management or liability mitigation, dispute resolution, then you definitely need to work directly with Joel.

3. The reason we started offering one-on-one with "Team DDC" is to help many of you get started more quickly, at a cheaper price point, and to help you avoid making costly mistakes only to determine later that you need direct assistance, and I am not referring to the group chat "free" (costly) advice.  You can only imagine the destructive situations and outcomes we see.

4. We are not "mass advertising" this one-on-one coaching opportunity on our websites because we need to ensure we regulate our workload.  Therefore, if you are new the industry or small in size and working to get going, then email us to further discuss and we will forward to you an electronic invoice.

5. If you are interested in working with "Team DDC," please email us at jdavis@milliondollartransportation.com and we send you an electronic invoice.  Like working with Joel, you will get a free copy of his ebooks which you will want to read first.  We will ship you copies of Joel's ebooks.  After reading his ebook and watching the DVDs, you will contact us, and we will email you a questionnaire to learn more about you and your start point.

6. Again, this entire "Team DDC" opportunity is a great way to help manage Joel's workload while also helping many of you who are new or just getting started and not having to delay you getting started. 

7. Please email us your questions.  I know everyone prefers to speak with a "live" person, but I can assure all of you that we work around the clock to expeditiously respond to emails, and especially with receiving so many redundant questions, it is really problematic to waste excessive amounts of time on the phone.  Please know we are not trying to neglect or blow anyone off and it is not that we don't want to speak with you, it is just a time availability issue.  Please understand and contact us via email and we will work to expeditiously respond.

8. Yes, we will definitely help with vehicle searches.  This is one of the most important things we do because purchasing the wrong vehicles is probably one of the greatest problems we see.  All of us are regularly searching for quality vehicles at great prices.  It just happens to be a challenging market right now, but these are also challenging times.
