In reading and responding to many emails as of late, there are so many of you needing to listen to the entire video before you make some serious mistakes. For many of you, as you watch this video you will know it is applicable to you.
We enjoy working with and building great relationships with many of you, so we really do want to see you succeed and avoid making costly mistakes. Joel talks about the "tire kickers" who think they are saving money by shopping on price, but you are not saving money if after you "hit the wall" it costs more time and money when you enlist our help to reverse course.
To take a quote from one of Joel's books, “The cost of knowledge is an investment; the cost of ignorance is far more expensive.” If more people would listen and use this they would save a lot of time and money.
