Joel asked that I post the following notification for a $15 million dollar VA contract in Detroit Michigan.  Details are as follows: 

This is a "firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for non-emergent wheelchair and ambulatory transportation for patients of the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit, Michigan, size standard $15.0 million."
