This is Dan.  Thank you all for your great emails regarding Joel's new mastermind video series and other related topics.  We continue receiving a lot of emails and questions, but I am sharing a quick message from a provider who shares a common question and dynamic.  

This provider asks an important question, but there is no single universal or quick answer.  To barrow from Joel's playbook, "You don't pivot emotionally, you pivot strategically."  This means moving away from broker dependence isn’t just a mindset shift, it’s a structural business decision depending on many variables to include location and community dynamics, size of your fleet and number of drivers, your revenue, trip volume, and margins.  

If you plan on enlisting our help, we will take these variables into consideration to develop the safest and most profitable plan to avoid a "hard reset."  We want to limit disruption and reduce risk of losing revenue."  If contracts are going to need to be renegotiated, you will definitely need to be working directly with Joel.
