This is Dan. A lot of emails and questions regarding Joel's recent video and his new master mind video series. Some feedback and further explanation as follows:
1. Yes, I have watched Joel's new series. He insisted Dawn, Charlie and I watch it in full to ensure we know the material he covers and can speak about it in detail.
I can assure you, 100% of you will learn something new, 90% of will reconsider the way you are managing certain aspects of your business, and 80% of you will completely change the way you think and approach the NEMT industry and how you conduct business. I say this with confidence because we have worked with so many of you and know many of the questions and situations you find yourself in. Joel goes into great detail with this material which will change the way you think and approach this business.
2. Yes, some of you will be displeased because we cannot offer this material to anyone off the street. As Joel mentioned, we have to protect our client-providers who continue to keep him on retainer. We have some people who have been on retainer for 10 years and others far less, but it would be completely inappropriate if we shared this material with people attempting to operate in their immediate service areas. No, we are not a franchise, but it is a called a relationship for a reason and it requires us to protect and preserve their interests.
