Subject: Late in the month opening

Hello everyone,

This is Dan.  Two quick things:

1. We appreciate everyone's email and requests to work with us, "Team DDC" as Joel likes to refer to us.  Although we didn't have availability to bring anyone on last month, and it is currently the last day in October, for any newbies reading this message and you believe you are ready to start in the coming few weeks, we will bring on a single first-come-first-serve reservation. 

For those of you who are new to our network and don't require the same level of strategic planning that would be involved in working directly with Joel, you can consider working with Dawn, Charlie, and me - "Team DDC" (Dan/Dawn/Charlie).

Like working with Joel for 60 days, the 3 of us will be working with you for 60 days to navigate the startup process, complete applications, ensure you have the right vehicles and equipment, review insurance policies, organize your dispatch and logistics, and further educate you on what to expect, prepare for, and more.

The three of us are definitely not a replacement to one-on-one with Joel because we can't do
 contract negotiations, risk management, advice on buying or selling, or prepare technical documents.  However, we can definitely ensure you are on the right trajectory by ensuring you get everything else in place to include various applications, development of your dispatch, logistics, and overall operational infrastructure, establish your policies and procedures and more. 

I know, it is late in the day on the last day of the month, but with such a busy schedule we really need to be prudent and limit the number of people we can work with at a time.  We couldn't add any new reservations last month and we can only bring one on as of today, so i
f you are serious about getting help for 60 days, you would like to save $1,000 by working with "Team DDC," send us an email.  We will send you an electronic invoice.  This is a first-come-first-serve opportunity.

2. We continue looking for key sellers in Florida and other states too.  If have a strong cash flowing business that is not all broker/garbage work, and you are serious about selling, please let us know and we will send you an abbreviated questionnaire to get some preliminary information.  Please know that your information will NOT be shared with anyone other than us and Joel if your information meets or exceeds our minimum criteria.  If yes, we will forward you a more in-depth questionnaire to gather more information and discuss next-step possibilities.
